Chanan Singh, son of Ishar Singh, Village Birk, District Jullundur. He went to Panama about 12 or 13 years ago and has not visited India during his period. He is a Director of the Hindi Supply Company, a commercial undertaking founded by Teja Singh Sutantar (T-8) and partially owned by members of the Ghadr Party. He is reported to have learnt bomb-making from Gajjan Singh, alias Gaya Singh (G-2). Is said to have attended a Ghadr Party meeting at Dalip Singh’s Store in Panama City on 14th February, 1932.
