Bishan Singh Talanga, Village Kotla, District Hoshiarpur. He owns a large ranch near Walnut Grove, California. In 1920 he was elected a member of the Stockton District Committee of the Ghadr Party. He was again elected to the same Committee in 1922 and once more in 1930. He is regarded as one of the influential supporters of the party.
