Bishan Singh, son of Dewa Singh, Jat, V. Shankar, P. S. Nakodar, District
Jullundur. Went to America about 1902. Was reported in 1929 to be a
regular quarterly subscriber to the Ghadr Party on behalf of the 'Kirti'
fund. Was said to have been elected to the Stockton Committee of the
Ghadr Party on the 16th February 1930. In 1932 he was assisting the
defence of Bhagat Singh of village Shankar, district Jullundur (B-52),
who shot B. L. Menrow. Is at present in Texas, P. O. Box 412, Pharr.
Owns landed property jointly with his brothers at his village.
