Bishan Singh, alias Paia Singh, son of Kishaura Singh Arora of Sekha
Kalan, P. S. Baghapurana, District Ferozepore. He went to Shanghai in
1913 after a quarrel with his father. He was employed as a Warder in the
Shanghai Municipal Jail and was dismissed for gambling. Subsequently
he was employed as a private watchman and was reported to be a Ghadr
agent. He came on a short visit to India in June 1919 and again in April
1926. He returned to Shanghai in August 1929 and took up an
employment at the Ewo Cotton Mills, Shanghai, and is still employed
there. He is said to be insolent and insubordinate and to be still acting as a
Ghadr agent.
