Ludhiana. He is a member of the Punjab Nau Jawan Bharat Sabha.of
Bengal, and a close associate of Bachandas Sarma (B-5) and extemee
Prem Singh 'Prem' (P-28). Lives at 4, Sevak Ram Vaidya Lane, Tollyganj,
