Bhagat Singh, Village Bilga, District Jullundur. Bom at Bilga on 2nd May 1907. Holds passport No. 1859 issued at Calcutta on 11th December 1926. He has been the General Secretary of the Ghadr Party in the Argentine. In July 1931 he wrote a letter to the editor of the "Mazdoor Kisan", Amritsar, condemning the "Kirpan Bahadur” for its articles against the Kirti workers. He associated with Teja Singh Sutantar (T-8) during the latter's visit to the Argentine, and was said to be one of his lieutenants. He left Buenos Aires on 3rd September 1932 for Hamburg where he arrived on 27th September 1932. Prior to his departure he was in close touch with the notorious Ajit Singh (A-ll) in Buenos Aires. He has since arrived in Moscow, and has joined the Ghadr Party group which is studying there under the Communist International.
