Bagga Singh Bhullar, son of Hira Singh, V. Jaman, P. S. Barki, District Lahore. Served in the 27th Punjabis, the Burma Military Police, and the Shanghai City Police. Went to the U. S. A. in 1906 and landed at San } Francisco. In January 1927 he was said to be in correspondence with Gurdit Singh Dara regarding the compilation of a history of the Sikh nation on seditious lines, but so far nothing has been heard in regard to the publication of this book. A month later he asked for a book of poetry containing an account of the Ghadr movement of 1914-15. In December of that year he sent another letter to the 'Kirti' acknowledging receipt of two volumes of 'Bandi Jewan' the well known life of a revolutionary by -r Sachin Sanyal, the Kakori Conspiracy prisoner, sent to him by Durbar & Co., Amritsar, and requesting the addressee to get the 'Akali-te-Pardeshi' issued in his name. In April 1928 he asked Giani Hira Singh Dard to send some objectionable books on the subject of the Akali movement. He is now reported to have come to prominence in Ghadr Party circles. His address in America was P. O. Box 489, Broderick, California. He sailed from San Francisco for India on 14th October 1932 and arrived at Bombay on 15th December 1932. Is reported to be quiet. Owns landed property jointly with his brother Jagat Singh.
